本文针对普通高校中青年教师微格培训中存在的问题进行分析,并提出改进措施,提出要改变微格教学的观念,加强微格教学的研究,使其发挥最大的教学功效。

The paper focuses on the microteaching training of young college teachers,analyzes the existing problems and proposes some ideas of improvement.In this paper,we show that it is important for the young college teachers to change the old concept of microteaching and strengthen the research of microteaching to maximize the teaching effect.
