基于人才培养方案视角的教师教学反思的探析——以宁夏师范学院为例

An Inquiry into Teachers' Teaching Reflection from the Perspective of Talent Cultivation Scheme:A Case Study on Ningxia Teachers University

对教师教学反思的研究可以有多种视角,本文以宁夏师范学院2012版(本科)(以下简称新版)人才培养方案为视角,探讨教师在面对新的人才培养方案时如何对已有的教学观念、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法进行理性的审视、反思。通过反思明确自己的教学价值观,改进自己的教学行为。提出在新的人才培养方案下进行教学反思的策略。

The research on teachers＇ teaching reflection can be carried out from various perspectives.From the perspective of the2012（undergraduate） talent cultivation scheme of Ningxia Teachers University（short for the new edition in this paper）,this paper explores how the teachers rationally check and reflect the present teaching ideas,aims,contents and methods.Through the reflection,the teachers can improve their own value on teaching and behavior of teaching.This paper also proposes the strategies of teaching reflection in the new talent cultivation scheme.
