According to the author＇s decades of teaching experience in the course of probability and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzed the meaning of the construction of the quality open course and proposed some ideas and suggestions about the quality open course of probability and mathematical statistics in the applied undergraduate colleges.These ideas were organized to implement and achieved some effects.
