浅议高职生职业生涯发展服务“三四三一五”体系建设研究

A Brief Discussion on the Research of the Construction of "Three-Four-Three-One-Five" System for the Service of Higher Vocational College Students' Career Development

近几年大学生就业形势日趋严峻,职业生涯规划和就业指导也引起高校和社会的高度重视。实施高职生职业生涯发展规划,将职业生涯规划指导的成果落实在学生职业发展上,就必须构建职业生涯发展服务体系,为广大高职生提供服务,帮助他们更好地完成职业发展规划。本文分析了高职高专院校职业生涯发展服务现状,从社会、企业、院校及学生自身的角度分析各自诉求,进而探索高职生职业生涯发展服务"三四三一五"体系的构建。

The employment situation of college students is increasingly severe,so more attention is given to their career planning and employment guidance by colleges and the society.To implement the career planning of higher vocational college students and give play to its role in students＇ occupational development,a service system for students＇ career development should be established,so as to provide services for higher vocational college students and help them better accomplish their career planning.This paper introduces the current situation of the service for higher vocational college students＇ career development,analyzes their appeals respectively from the angle of the society,enterprises,colleges and students themselves,and then discusses the construction of ＂three-four-three-one-five＂ system for the service of higher vocational college students＇ career development.
