现代职业人视角下高职院校学生干部队伍建设问题的研究

Research on the Construction of Student Cadre Team in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Modern Business Employee

文章在进行广泛调查的基础上,从用人单位对高职院校学生干部素质的基本要求出发,分析了目前学生干部存在的不足,并对学生干部存在不足的成因进行了分析,最后结合"现代职业人"的理念,提出了学生干部队伍建设的对策和思路。

Based on an extensive investigation,starting from the basic requirements of the quality of higher vocational college student cadres by employers,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current student cadres and the causes,and proposes the countermeasures and ideas on the construction of student cadre team combined with the concept of ＂modern business employee＂ at the end of this paper.
