试论矩阵管理在高职院校教学管理中的应用

Application of Matrix Management in the Teaching Management of Higher Vocational Schools

教学管理是高职院校管理的重要组成部分,能够维持学校的教学秩序。但是目前,很多高职院校的教学管理比较侧重于学科专业的规划建设,而忽视课程建设过程中管理体制的建设,导致高职院校在办学中出现了诸多问题。矩阵管理是对原有教学管理的改进,推动高职院校的组织结构朝着扁平化方向发展,对提高高职院校教学管理水平、优化教学资源、促进院校教学研究发展进程具有重要的作用。文章在分析高职院校教学管理存在问题的基础上,对矩阵管理在高职院校教学管理中的应用做了探讨。

Teaching management is an important component of higher vocational college management,as it can maintain the teaching order of a school.However,in the current teaching management,many higher vocational colleges focus on the planning and construction of disciplines and specialties while neglect the construction of management system in curriculum construction,resulting in many problems in the running of higher vocational colleges.Matrix management is the improvement of the original teaching management and it plays an important role in promoting the organizational structure of higher vocational colleges to develop towards a flat direction,improving the teaching management of higher vocational colleges,optimizing teaching resources,and promoting the development process of teaching research in higher vocational colleges.Based on an analysis of the problems existing in the teaching management of higher vocational colleges,the application of matrix management in the teaching management of higher vocational colleges is explored in this paper.
