高校图书馆人性化服务理念实施方法的思考

Reflections on the Methods of Implementing Humanistic Service Concept in College Library

随着教育教学的不断发展和完善,学校的教学设施越来越齐全,像多媒体教室、计算机中心和图书馆等现代化设施逐渐出现在校园中。这些设施不仅为教学和学习提供了很多便利,还迅速改变着传统的教学管理模式。本文分析了高校图书馆的管理模式,并结合自己的实践经验,提出了高校图书馆人性化服务的实施途径,为教育教学的发展设置了可参考性模式。

With the continuous development and improvement of education and teaching,college teaching facilities are more and more complete,and some modern facilities such as multimedia classrooms,computer centers and libraries have appeared on campus.These facilities not only provide much convenience for teaching and learning,but also rapidly change traditional teaching management mode.This paper analyzes the management mode of college library,and combined with the writer＇s own practice experience,proposes approaches to implement humanistic service in college library,aiming at providing references for the development and education and teaching.
