语域视角下的翻译研究

On Translation Study from the Perspective of Register

本文讨论了语场、语旨、语式等理论在翻译中的应用。译者如果能有意识地通过自身努力,弄清源语在语域方面的语言特征,就不至于在翻译不同题材和不同场合的话语时偏离原文的意图或原文作者(说话人)的意图。译者只有在将语域因素考虑进来的情况下,才能更好地把握对措辞、语气和语体等的选择,最终提高译文的准确性和等效性。

This paper discusses the application of discourse field,tenor and discourse mode in translation. If the translator can,through his own conscious efforts, make clear the language features of the source language in the aspect of register, he will not deviate from the intention of the source text or its author or the speaker. Only under the condition of taking into account the register factors can the translator better master the selection of wording, tone and style and ultimately improve the accuracy and equivalency of the translation text.
