川北大木偶作为中国首批非物质文化遗产,受到各国观众及艺术家们的欢迎和高度赞誉。然而川北大木偶对外宣传的资料匮乏,且英译过程中出现多种问题。本文力求找出川北大木偶英译中的问题,提出解决策略。

North-Sichuan Life-sized Puppet, among the first batch of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, is favorably received and highly praised by the audience and artists from many different countries. However, there is a lack of external publicity materials for North-Sichuan Life-sized Puppet and there are a variety of problems in its English translation. The writer strives to find out the problems in the English translation of North-Sichuan Life-sized Puppet, and proposes the problem-solving strategy.
