钢沉井在人工挖孔桩事故中的应用

摘要 本工程桩基础采用夯扩桩 ,在D×⑥轴处夯扩桩施工时下沉量每阵 (10击 )大大超过规定值。由于改用其他机械施工桩型费工费时 ,故确定人工挖孔桩 ,又由于地下水位高 ,当挖到 2 4.8米深时 ,大量泥水、砂涌进孔内 ,最下端三节护壁塌落 ,已无法施工 ,经多方探讨、比较 。 The set(10 strikes)greatly exceeded the fix values during the construction of No.D cast-in-situ pile with ramming enlarged base.Hand-excavated belled pile was chosen to solve the problem,accounting for construction period and construction cost.Because of the groundwater,lots of mud and sand piped into the construction hole at 24.8m depth below groundface,three protective walls above base collapesed,and the construction had to stop.With many methods being discussed and analysed,steel wall casing was adopted to finish the construction.
