摘要
文章通过选取拉萨市具有代表性的幼儿园进行实地考察并与园长、教师进行访谈获取第一手资料,分析了拉萨幼教发展现状并进行了深入的思考。拉萨市幼儿园普遍存在专业教师严重缺乏的现象;幼儿园小学化教学很严重;民办幼儿园缺乏教师职后系统学习与培训机制;园本特色资源开发与利用不够。
Based on the investigation of four representative kindergartens in Lhasa, this paper states the current situation of preschool education development in Lhasa. With the help of the first-hand information from the kindergarten leaders and teachers, the author has found that most of kindergartens in Lhasa lack professional teachers and the teaching there is similar to primary school teaching. What is worse, little systematic learning and training is provided to the teachers in private kindergartens and nationally characteristic resources are not fully developed and used.
