双丝技术在SmartClip自锁托槽矫治中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨在SmartClip自锁托槽排齐牙列阶段双丝技术与传统技术的差异。方法选取40例牙列不齐且使用SmartClip自锁托槽矫治的错牙合畸形患者,随机分为两组,双丝组采用双丝技术进行排齐,传统组采用传统的单丝逐步更换法排齐。比较两种方法的排齐速度和排齐效果。结果双丝组排齐时间为(114.53±28.32)d,排齐速度为(0.070±0.021)mm/d;传统组排齐时间为(145.35±36.15)d,排齐速度为(0.054±0.020)mm/d,两组排齐速度差异有统计学意义(t=2.47,P<0.05)。双丝组排齐后的牙列不齐指数为(1.05±0.34)mm,传统组为(1.46±0.45)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=3.25,P<0.05)。结论在SmartClip自锁托槽排齐牙列阶段中采用双丝技术能有效提高排齐速度,缩短排齐时间,提高排齐效果。 Obeetive To compare the efficiency of twin-wire technique in SmartClip self-ligating bracket correction with that of the conventional technique. Methods Forty cases were randomly allocated to receive treatment with twinwire technique (twin-wire group) or the conventional technique (conventional group). The speeds and effects of alignment movements of two groups were compared. Results The differences of speed and effect of alignment movements between two groups were proved significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with the conventional group, the speed of alignment movement in twin-wire group was faster, and the effect was better. Conclusion Twin-wire technique are more efficient than conventional technique in SmartClip self-ligating bracket correction.
