摘要
本文通过对近年来国内外高校毕业生就业问题的研究文献进行梳理,介绍了国外相关就业理论和模式,以及对国内关于就业的相关研究进行了阐述,以期对高校毕业生就业问题研究提供有益参考。
Through a summarization of the research literatures on the employment of college graduates at home and abroad in re-cent years, relevant foreign and domestic theories and modes on employment are introduced and expounded in this paper, hoping to provide beneficial references for the research on the employ-ment of college graduates.
