Function and Application of Case Teaching in Managerial Psychology Teaching

案例教学是现代教育的一种方法,它在管理心理学教学中对培养与提升学生的概念技能、技术技能、人际技能有着重要价值。应用案例教学,要注意案例选择的本土化、相关性和仿真性,根据教学需要采取不同的案例呈现方式,实现教师角色的转换,充分发挥学生的主体性。同时,案例教学也存在不足,在管理心理学教学中,对于这种方法的功能与应用我们应该审慎对待。

Case teaching is a method of modern education, which plays an important role in developing students＇ conceptual skills, technical skills and interpersonal skills during managerial psy-chology teaching. Using case teaching, we need to choose local, correlate and emulational cases, use different presentations ac-cording to the demands of teaching, change the role of teachers and give play to students＇ subjectivity. Meanwhile, case teaching also has some defects, so we should treat it carefully in manageri-al psychology teaching.
