创新高校教育理念 优化教育管理机制

On the Innovation of College Educational Idea and the Optimization of Educational Management System

高校理念就是高校教育的精神,是高校的系统思想,随着时代的发展,对人才的要求也日益提高,传统的专业型人才已不足以满足时代的发展脚步,社会更加注重通用型人才的培养。因此当代社会的高校要实现可持续发展必须秉承为学生服务的理念,教学应以学生为主体,为社会培养通用型人才,并结合自身的情况将教学理念特色化,优化教育管理体制。本文结合当前实际情况,对高校的教育理念进行探讨和创新。

The idea of a college is the spirit of its education and the systematic ideology of the college. With the development of the times, higher requirements are proposed for talents, and tra-ditional professional talents can no longer meet the development of times, so great importance should be attached to the cultivation of general talents. Therefore, in order to realize sustainable de- velopment, contemporary colleges should obey the objective of cultivating general talents with students as the subject in teach-ing, and in accordance with practical situation, make teaching ideas distinctive and optimize the system of educational manage-ment. Combining with the present situation, the exploration and innovation of college educational idea are made in this paper.
