摘要
班级是一个群体,是人们为了一定的目标,以某种方式组织到一起,产生相互作用的人群结构。班级管理是以班级为单位的一切教育活动及作为班主任的一切职责的总称,它是指以一定的价值为目标,产生相互作用的一个集体。要把这个集体管理好,就需要做大量深入细致的工作。由于高职班的学生在学习习惯、行为等综合素质、心理状态方面与普高学生有着较为明显的区别。因此,对高职班的班级管理,要有一套新的方法与策略加强对班级的管理,只有这样才能取得预期的效果。
The class is a group, in which people are gathered in some way for a certain goal, and they mutually influence one an-other. Class management, consisting of all educational activities and the responsibilities of the head teacher with class as the unit, means to build an integrated collective with certain values as the objective. An effective management of the collective needs a lot of meticulous and thorough work. Due to the apparent differences between higher vocational college students and common univer-sity students in learning habits and behaviors, comprehensive quality and psychological states, a set of new methods and strate-gies is needed to strengthen the class management in higher vo-cational colleges, so as to achieve the desired effect.
