高校动漫社团发展探析

我国在发展素质教育、培养创新人才的同时应该认清当前形势,结合当地高校的培养目标以及高校自身的特点,进一步研究对策、解决问题,这对学生社团引导和管理有促进意义,充分发挥教师在学生社团中的领导作用。动漫社团作为高校新时代的创新社团,作为外来文化的代表,Cosplay(动漫真人秀)是动漫社团最主要活动,作为ACG的文化趋势,已经上升为青少年喜爱的主流娱乐方式之一了。对大学生的成长发展既有积极的作用,也有负面的影响。学校应正确认识动漫Cosplay这一流行文化,积极开展社团活动,通过对社团的管理与建设,使其凸显教导学生的职能,更帮助了高等院校动漫社团健康有序的发展。

In the development of quality-oriented education and the cultivation of innovative talents in China, the current situation should be clearly recognized. A further research on the counter-measures and problem-solving in accordance with the cultivation goals of local colleges and the characteristics of colleges them-selves, can give a push to the guidance and management of stu-dent associations and give full play to teachers＇ leading role in student associations. Animation associations are innovative col-lege associations in the new period and the representative of for-eign culture. Cosplay, as the main activity of animation associa-tions and the cultural trend of ACG, has become one of the main-stream forms of entertainment favored by teenagers, however, it has both positive and negative influences on college students＇ growth and development. Therefore, colleges should correctly recognize Cosplay as a fashionable culture and make its educa-tional function more prominent through the management and construction of associations, which is also conducive to the healthy and orderly development of college animation associa-tions.
