医学创业人才培养模式与培养方案研究

Research on the Training Mode and Training Plan on the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Medical Talents

结合作者近几年的研究与实践及国内外创业教育研究的现状,深入探讨了新形势下在国内各医科类高等院校中建立新型医科类创业人才培养模式的可行性,并已初步在该校探索实现了以学生创业思维和意识、创业实践技能和能力为核心,从医学学科核心课程设计、医学类教育教学体系改革、医学实践教学环节设计、医学高年级教育阶段的多模块设计和教学管理体系建立等5个方面构建医学创业人才培养新模式,并重点引入问题式(PBL)教学理念,探索一条具有较强可操作性的医学创业人才的培养之路。

Objective： To discover a novel route to entrepreneurial medical talents cultivation system. Methods： In this paper, we studied the training mode and training plan on the entrepreneuri-al medical talents cultivation according to the recent research ex-periences of the authors and recent progresses on talents cultiva-tion in the world. Results： We take entrepreneurial idea, en-trepreneurial thought and entrepreneurial ability as the core points of this study, five important parts including key un-der-graduate courses designing, teaching system reforming, practice teaching designing, multi-mode designing of profession-al education and teaching system management as the skeleton of the research. Meanwhile, problem-based learning methods were also induced to this research. Conclusion： We discover a novel route to the entrepreneurial medieal talents cultivation system.
