中药活性成分抑制补体系统的研究进展

Advance research on the inhibition of active components of Chinese herbs to complement system

系统性红斑狼疮、风湿性关节炎、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、痛风、麻风病等疾病都与补体系统的过度激活密切相关,目前上市的补体抑制剂尚不能达到高效、低毒的要求。中药以其成分复杂、双向调节等诸多特点,使在其中筛选出符合临床需求的补体抑制剂成为可能。本文对已发现中药补体抑制活性成分的体内外药理研究概况进行综述,分析了中药活性成分作为补体抑制剂的应用前景。

Excessive activation of complement system is closely related to the diseases of systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatic arthritis,acute respiratory distress syndrome,gout and lepriasis,but these complement inhibitors in market now can not meet the requirements of high efficiency and low toxicity.The characters of Chinese herbs are complicated components and two-ways regulation,which make the screening of complement inhibitors meeting the clinical demand be possible.The inhibitions of active components of Chinese herbs to complement system which have been found will be reviewed in this article,and the application prospect of the inhibitions of active components of Chinese herbs to complement system will also be analyzed.
