从Ｃｏｈｅｎ类时频分布的特点出发讨论了基于几何重心的坐标平移法，给出了具有高可读性的修正ｃｏｈｅｎ类时频分布的通用计算方法，分析了基于高可读性时频分析与检测的时变自适应线性相位ＦＩＲ滤波器在ＤＳＳＳ抗干扰中的应用，并与横向Ｗｉｅｎｅｒ内插滤波器在ＳＮＲ的改善方面作了比较，给出了多点频连续波干扰及ＰＮ序列经过滤波之后的结果．
