信息化管理在乳腺癌外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管患者中应用的效果分析

Effect analysis of information management with PICC in breast cancer patients

目的 探讨应用信息化管理技术在乳腺癌外周静脉置人中心静脉导管（PICC）患者中应用的效果.方法 选取2011年12月～2013年1月在开封市妇产医院乳腺科治疗的100例行PICC置管的女性乳腺癌患者,按置管时间顺序分为对照组和实验组.对照组50例实行纸质记录管理方法进行护理;实验组50例应用信息化管理给予护理.比较两组患者行PICC置管后原始资料的完整性、留管时间、置管后并发症发生率以及导管按时维护执行率.结果 对照组患者原始资料完整率82％,平均留管时间（112.6±49.6）d,并发症发生率36％,导管按时维护人数比例86％;实验组患者原始资料完整率98％,平均留管时间（138.6±30.8）d,并发症发生率14％,导管按时维护人数比例98％.两组资料相比差异均有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）.结论 PICC信息化管理能保证患者资料的完整,延长留管时间,减少并发症的发生,有良好的导管维护依从性.

Objective To investigate the effect of information management with PICC in breast cancer patients.Methods 100 breast cancer female patients with PICC catheter from December 2011 to January 2013 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Kaifeng City were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group.50 cases of the control group were taken paper records management method of nursing; 50 cases of the experiment group were carried out information management.The integrity of the original data,indwelling catheter time,incidence of complications after indwelling catheter,timely implementation rate of catheter maintenance between two groups of patients after PICC catheter were compared.Results After using information management,the intact rate of the patients,primary data increased from 82％ to 98％,and the average duration time for PICC increased from （112.6±49.6） days to （138.6±30.8） days,the incident rate of complications decreased from 36％ to 14％,timely implementation rate of catheter maintenance increased from 86％ to 98％.There were all statistical significance between two groups of patients （all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion PICC information management ensures the completion of the patients＇primary data,extendes the duration time of PICC,decreases complications,and has the better compliance to PICC maintenance.
