摘要
运用光镜对 3种丁香的叶片进行比较解剖学观察表明 ,贺兰山丁香、华北紫丁香与北京丁香的叶片均为典型双子叶植物背腹型叶。但气孔器类型、叶肉组成和主脉结构三者存在明显差异 ;贺兰山丁香和华北紫丁香气孔器为无规则型 ,而北京丁香则为不等型 ;贺兰山丁香栅栏组织为 1层细胞组成 ,且排列紧密 ,华北紫丁香和北京丁香为 2层细胞且排列疏松 ;贺兰山丁香主脉机械组织由 3~ 5层厚角细胞组成 ,华北紫丁香 8~ 9层 ,北京丁香 1 1~ 1
A comparative anatomy observation was made on leaf blades of 3 kinds of cloves using optical microscope. The results show that the leaf blades of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl. var. alashannsis Ma et S. Q. Zhou,S.oblata Lindl.and S.vulgaris L.are all typical back-abdomen type leavesof dicotyledons. But some significant differences exist among the three in the aspects of types of stomatic apparatus mesophyll composition and primary vein structure. The stomatic apparatus of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl. var. alashannsis Ma et S. Q. Zhou and S.oblata Lindl.are irregularity type and that of S. vulgaris L. is disparity type. The palisade tissue of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl. var. alashannsis Ma et S. Q. zhou consists of one stratum of cells which line up densely and those of S. oblata Lindl. and S. vulgaris L consist of two strata of cells which line up loosely. The primary vein mechanical tissue of Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl. var. alashannsis Ma et S. Q. Zhou consists of 3 to 5 strata of thick-angle cells and those of S. oblata Lindl.and S. vulgaris L. consist of 8 to 9 strata and 11 to 14 strata of thick-angle cells respectively.
