摘要
目的采用前节OCT观察不同方式人工晶体植入术后前房角情况。方法对采用人工晶体囊袋内植入、人工晶体睫状沟植入、虹膜夹持人工晶体植入及人工晶体悬吊术四种不同方式人工晶体植入术后,分别行前节OCT检查,观察前房角宽度。结果 A组(n=20)人工晶体囊袋内植入术后鼻侧前房角宽度为33.53°±3.79°,颞侧前房角宽度为34.01°±3.65°,B组(n=12)人工晶体睫状沟植入术后鼻侧前房角宽度为32.63°±3.39°,颞侧前房角宽度为32.19°±3.01°,C组(n=14)虹膜夹持人工晶体植入术后鼻侧前房角宽度为32.19°±3.99°,颞侧前房角宽度为32.85°±3.70°,D组(n=10)人工晶体悬吊术术后鼻侧前房角宽度为32.73°±3.08°,颞侧前房角宽度为33.15°±2.99°,四者相比,鼻侧方差0.405,P值0.750,颞侧方差0.429,P值0.733,鼻侧、颞侧差异均无显著性。结论四种不同方式人工晶体植入术后前节OCT观察的前房角宽度无差异。
Objective To observe the different ways by anterior segment OCT intraocular lens implantation after anterior chamber angle. Methods Artificial lens implantation in the capsular bag, intraocuIar lens ciliary sulcus implantation, iris clip intraocular lens implantation and artificial lens suspension of four different ways of intzaocular lens implantation, respectively, before examination, observation of anterior chamber angle width. Resuils Group A (n=20) and irmaocular lens implantation in the capsular bag aftemasal lateral anterior chamber angle width is (33.53°± 3.79°), temporal and anterior chamber angle width was (34.01°± 3.65~), B group (n=12) and intraocular lens ciliary sulcus implantation of posterior nasal anterior chamber angle width was (32.63°± 3.39°), temporal and anterior chamber angle width was (32.19°±3.01°), group C (n= 14) iris clip intraocular lens implantation after nasallateral anterior chamber angle width was (32.19°± 3.99°), temporal and anterior chamber angle width was (32.85°± 3.70° ), D group (n=10) artificial lens suspension of postolxaafive nasal lateral anterior chamber angle width of (32.73°± 3.08°), temporal and anterior chamber angle width is (33.15°± 2.99°), compared to four, nasal variance was 0.405, P=0.750, temporal variance 0.429, P value 0.733, there were no significant lateral nasal, temporal difference. Conclusion No significant differences between the four different ways of intraoeular lens implantation after anterior OCT observation of the anterior chamber angle width.
