摘要 瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)作为细胞信号的多调受体,可被多种物理、化学因素激活或致敏,从而引起细胞外Ca2+顺电化学梯度向细胞内流动,介导细胞的基本活动,在慢性炎症反应性疾病中发挥重要作用。近年来,研究表明TRPV1具有抑制炎症、保护机体的功能。 As a polytonal receptor of cell signal,transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) is activated or sensitized by a variety of physical and chemical factors,based on the mode of activation,TRPV1 causes extracellular calcium ion flowing into intracellular cis electric chemogradient,and it mediates basic activities.It plays an important role in chronic inflammatory diseases.In recent years,studies have shown that TRPV1 receptors having the function of inhibit inflammation and protect the body.
