早期乳腺癌保乳术的可行性研究

Feasibility study of breast-conserving operation for early breast cancer

目的 探讨早期乳腺癌保乳术的可行性.方法 2009年1月～2012年12月本科室收治78例早期乳腺癌患者,行改良根治手术35例,行保乳手术43例,随访比较两组患者的复发、转移情况及生活质量评分.结果 两组患者的术后复发及远处转移,差异无统计学意义;保乳组患者的社会功能、心理功能、身体形象及总分均明显优于改良组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 保乳手术创伤小,痛苦少,既保留了患者乳腺的基本外形,提高了患者的生活质量,又达到根治术相同的疗效,对早期乳腺癌患者是一种理想的治疗方法.

Objective To explore the feasibility of breast-conserving operation for early breast cancer. Methods 78 cases with early breast cancer patients were collected in our department from 2009 January to 2012 December,35 cas- es underwent modified radical operation,the breast-conserving operation in 43 cases,the recurrence,metastasis and the quality of life score in patients of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative recurrence and distant metastasis of two groups,there was no statistically significant difference;The social function,psychological function,body image and total score in the insurance group were significantly better than that of the improved group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Breast-conserving operation has little trauma,less pain,retains the basic profile of patients with breast,improve quality of life of patients,for patients with early-stage breast cancer is an ideal treatment method.
