早期综合发展在社区儿童保健中的推广应用

Application of early comprehensive development in the community child health care

目的 探讨早期综合发展在社区儿童保健中的推广应用意义.方法 选择2009年3月～2012年3月在本院社区实施儿童保健的390例儿童作为观察对象,随机分为观察组（195例）和对照组（195例）.对照组实施常规儿童保健,观察组在对照组的基础上,行早期综合发展干预.对比两组儿童发育商、营养型疾病发病情况以及保健满意度.结果 随访12个月后,＜1岁的观察组儿童发育商显著高于对照组;1～3岁的观察组儿童佝偻病患病率和缺铁性贫血患病率在各时间段均显著低于对照组;4～6岁儿童家长对社区保健满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 实施早期综合发展干预,能够明显提升社区儿童发育商,降低其营养型疾病发病率,同时还可增加保健满意度,效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To study the value of application health care. Methods 390 children who were given child of early comprehensive development in the community child care in our community from March 2009 to March 2012 were selected, and were randomly divided into the observation group （n=195） and control group （n=195）. The control group was given the general child care, and the observation group was given the invention of early comprehensive development based on the general child care. Child development quotient, nutritional disease and degree of health care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 months of following up, the child development quotient of children under one year old in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The prevalence of rickets, the prevalence rate of iron deficiency anemia of children between one year old to three years old in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group. The community health care satisfaction of parents whose children between 4 to 6 yeasr olds in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group, all the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early comprehensive development can improve community child development quotient, reduce the prevalence rate of nutritional disease, and increase degree of health care satisfaction, which should be application in clinic.
