中学教师教学风格的调查研究

摘要 采用由学生完成的教师有效教学风格形容词评定问卷,对上海市和江苏南通市的984名中学生进行调查。结果表明:(1)从总体上看,教师在教学过程中有效的教学风格以严谨逻辑型为主,其次为创新探索型和关爱分享型,而最少表现是幽默活跃型教学风格;(2)相对于高中阶段教师,初中阶段教师在教学过程中表现出更多的创新探索型教学风格,而在其他三种教学风格类型上,初中和高中阶段教师的表现不存在显著差异。
