摘要
通过实证性研究发现:红河州幼儿教师对多元文化社会、多元文化教育和民族文化进幼儿园总体上持积极、正面的态度;但幼儿教师缺乏相应的多元文化教学技能,从而造成其对多元文化教育缺乏深层次的认识和理解。因此,教师教育应完善相应的课程设置和人才培养方案,进而提升幼儿教师在多元文化背景下的教育教学能力。
Through an empirical study of the implementation,we find the kindergarten teachers of Honghe prefecture show positive and supportive attitudes to multicultural society,multicultural education and "the national culture into kindergarten on the whole.However,they lack the related teaching skills for multicultural education,leading them to have no further understanding of multicultural education.So the education for teachers should focus on the related project of talent education and course arrangements,promoting their teaching ability under the background of multicultural education.
