谈支架理论下高校外语教师的自主发展

摘要 维果斯基的支架理论思想对教师提出了很高的要求:教师须进行自主发展。而高校外语教师的自主发展直接影响着大学英语教学质量的高低。本文尝试探讨外语教师通过何种形式来进行教师个人的自主发展,认为反思性教学、行动研究、教师日记、教师的研究和探究性实践是进行高校外语教师自主发展的有效途径。
