The curriculum design for the level-based college English Teaching in minority nationality areas must take into account students＇ psychological characteristics,their special needs and the objective factors which influence their learning quality.During the teaching process,it is important to enhance students＇ learning ability,respect,understand and care for students.In addition,the ways of assessment must be improved,the utilitarianism in curriculum design be disposed of,and the allocation of teaching resources be optimized.
