摘要
给出了圆柱型量子阱波导的一般解。由于自由电子气边界对电场的响应,这种波导显示出了一些与普通介质波导不同的性质。
The general solution of waveguide composed of a cylindrical quantum well is
given. The effects of the response of the electron gas to a longitudinal electric field
have been taken into consideration. The results of calculations show that this wave-
guide have some interesting properties.
