摘要
研究了 2种施肥水平下、4种浓度的BR12 0 浸种及苗期处理对小麦生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,BR12 0浸种及苗期处理 ,对不同施肥水平下小麦幼苗的生长、生理生化指标及产量构成因子均有一定程度的改善。其中以 0 .1mg/L浓度处理以及在高肥条件下的效果最佳 ,单株产量在高肥区增产 11.7% ,差异达显著水平 ,而在低肥区增产 5 .8% 。
How the treatment of seed soaking and seedling spraying with different concentrations BR 120 affects the growth of wheat on different fertility levels has been studied. The results indicates that the treatment of seed soaking and seedling spraying with BR 120 can improve the growth of wheat seedling,raise their physiological and biochemical index and increase the yield to a degree on different fertility levels. Of all treatments, 0.1 mg/L on high fertility level achieves the best effect, which improves the soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content and NR activity significantly, with a remarkable 11.7% increase of the yield per plant, while this increase is only 5.8% on low fertility level.\;
