摘要
用直径 2cm、长 10cm的陶土滤管置于内径 3.5cm、高 2 0cm的有机玻璃管中 ,制成一个封闭式的自动连续过滤装置。将一定量被测肥料置于该装置中 ,使上端进水 ,下端收集滤液 ,装置中溶液体积保持相对平衡 ,不同时间检测滤液中养分的浓度变化 ,即可得到时间与养分释放速率的相关曲线。
A sealed automatic successive filtration device was formed by putting a 10 cm long clay filter pipe with diameter of 2 cm upside in a 20 cm tall organic glass tube with diameter of 3.5 cm. The fertilizer was placed in the device and water was input from the top. The filtrating solution, volume of which was maintained relatively stable, was collected from the bottom and measured at different time. Thus the correlation curve between nutrient release rate and time was obtained. Quantitative detection of quality of the coated fertilizer can be done in that time.
