摘要
采用方便抽样法在教育部直属的北京高校中选取独立样本,运用修改过的《大学教师工作压力量表》进行问卷调查。对问卷调查结果分别进行探索性因子和验证性因子分析后发现,中国大学教师的工作压力主要来自教学任务、科研要求、学校制度和角色定位,这个四维度模型的各项拟和指标都优于其他三个模型。这个结果为研究者选择工作压力模型提供了实证依据,有助于增加不同研究结果的横向对比性和借鉴性。
The four models have been extensively used in international and domestic studies on university faculty work stress. This paper selected two independent samples from universities affiliated to Ministry of Education in Beijing and administered Faculty Stress Index to all participants. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis shows that Chinese university faculty work stress largely stems from teaching tasks, research work, university regulations and role identity. This four-dimension model fits the data significantly better than the other three models. These results provide researchers with empirical evidence in their selection of work stress models and facilitating the comparison and generalization of results in different studies.
