摘要
族际政治整合是多民族国家国家建构的重要议题。族际政治整合是各民族、各族群共同的政治与文化认同的形成过程,其核心是各民族成员对公民身份的认同,而公民身份认同的多层次性和多元性,决定了公民身份认同必须经由公民教育来实现。公民教育是关涉公民资格或公民身份的教育,是旨在促进国民形成公民身份认同的教育,其实质是培养合格公民或"好公民"的教育实践活动。对多民族国家而言,公民教育面临的内在张力,需要通过长期的探索和实践来解决,但不管怎样,强化各民族成员的公民教育,无疑是化解这些内在张力的基本方向。
State building in multi-ethnic country has become an important topic in inter-ethnic political integration, which is a common policy for all nations and ethnic groups, and is also a forming process of cultural identity, with its focus on all ethnic groups' identity of citizenship. However, the diversity and hierarchy of citizenship identity determines that it must be realized through citizenship education, which aims to stimulate the formation of citizenship identity. The essence of citizenship education is an educational practice to cultivate eligible or reputable citizens. Citizenship education is facing internal tensions for multi-ethnic nations, which needs a long time to explore and practice. Whatever, reinforcing all ethnic group members' citizenship education is a fundamental direction to resolve these internal tensions.
