簇毛麦抗白粉病基因向四川小麦转移的分子标记育种研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用小麦 6VS/6AL易位系的抗白粉病基因Pm2 1的SCAR标记 ,对不同簇毛麦来源的小麦抗白粉病材料及其杂交后代进行了分子鉴定和标记辅助选择研究 ,结果表明利用该标记可以鉴定小麦遗传背景下的簇毛麦 6VS染色体臂 ,而且引物对小麦背景中的多年生簇毛麦也同样得到扩增。对簇毛麦染色体易位系 6VS/6DL与四川小麦品种杂交的后代群体 ,可以利用SCAR标记进行辅助抗性选择。 Molecular identification and marker assisted selection of wheat powdery mildew resistant lines with different originated Dasypyrum villosum and their progenies were carried out, by using the SCAR marker of Pm21 develop from a 6VS/6AL wheat Dasypyrum translocation chromosomes line. The results are showed as following: 1.The marker can easily detect the chromosome 6V of D.villosum in wheat background, and that of D.breviaristatum. It is likely that the SCARs can serve as specific markers to trace the corresponding chromatin of genus Dasypyrum; 2.The SCARs amplified from the progenies of the cross between pm34, a 6VS/6DL translocation line with Sichuan cultivated lines, can be used to distinguish the resistant plant from the breeding population. The utilization of the SCARs to wheat breeding for powdery mildew resistance is reliable and practical. In addition, the strategies of molecular marker assisted selection in Sichuan wheat breeding are also discussed in the paper.
