摘要
介绍了工件磨削中接近触发式端面定位和测量式端面定位的方法和过程。对这两种端面定位过程中机床的行走动作进行了讨论,比较了这两种端面定位方式对工件加工效率的影响,讨论了这两种定位方式对数控系统技术的要求,对这两种端面定位方式在实际中的应用提出了建议。
The methods and processes of contacting end surface location and measuring end surface location were introduced. The machine motions and the influence to the machining efficiency of the two methods were discussed and compared. The technical require-ments to the NC system of the two methods were discussed. Several advisements about the actual application of the two methods were proposed.
