摘要
在传统安全阀设计方法的基础上,设计一种新型差动式高压大流量安全阀。详细介绍该安全阀的工作原理和结构特点,并对其关键尺寸进行了设计。分别在一级节流口、二级节流口及不同出口倾斜角的情况下,利用FLUENT软件对安全阀的流场进行了数值模拟。基于理论仿真结果,选取了合适的节流口形式和出液口倾斜角。
On the basis of the design technique for traditional safety valve,a new kind of high pressure and large flow differential safety valve was designed. The working principle and the structural features of the valve were introduced and its key sizes were de-signed. On the conditions of the first-stage throttle,the two-stage throttle and the different export angles,the flow field of the safety valve was simulated by FLUENT software. The suitable throttle form and export angle were selected on the basis of the simulation re-sults.
