摘要
在对现有挖掘机研究现状进行分析的基础上,对虚拟样机技术的概念进行了阐述。采用Pro/ENGINEER软件建立了挖掘机的三维模型,将该模型导入到ADAMS中,建立了挖掘机的虚拟样机模型。利用ADAMS的仿真功能对挖掘机的顺序动作方式和复合动作方式进行了运动学和动力学仿真。通过仿真,得到了挖掘机的主要作业尺寸以及工作运动轨迹,获得了挖掘机铲斗的位移曲线图、各液压缸受力曲线图以及动臂、斗杆、铲斗等关键铰接点的受力曲线图,为以后挖掘机的结构设计以及产品的优化提供依据。
On the basis of analyzing the existing research on excavator,the concept of virtual prototyping technology was de-scribed. The three-dimensional (3D)model of the excavator,which was established by using Pro / ENGINEER software,was impor-ted into the ADAMS to build virtual prototype model of the excavator. By using ADAMS simulation function,the sequential operating mode and the compound action of the excavator were simulated kinematically and dynamically. Through simulation,the main operations size and motion trajectory of the excavator were obtained,moreover,the displacement curves of the excavator bucket and bearing force curves of hydraulic cylinder and key hinge points such as boom,dipper stick,bucket and so on were gained. It provides a basis for the future structural design of excavator and product optimization.
