摘要
利用四川省的多样化的自然地理条件 ,选择位于四川西南部的攀枝花 ,西北部高原上的马尔康和成都平原上的邛崃市 3点作小麦的穿梭育种。结果证明 ,在这 3个地点上的穿梭育种不仅有利于品种适应性和稳定性的选择 ,也非常有利于抗条锈病的高效选择 。
An attempt to develop bread wheat for high yield, good adaptation and resistance to diseases through shuttle breeding was made in Sichuan, which is a great province in southwest China with a geographical diversity. The plants of the F 1s, which originated and were selected from the complex crosses by using three or four parents, were grown in winter at Panzhihua, a city in southwest region of the province, with 26 5 degree north latitude and warmer climate than other two sites. The F 2 plants of this crosses were grown and selected at Maerkang, a city in northwest region of this province, with 31 9 degree north latitude and an elevation of 2700m. The successive generations were grown and selected at Qionglai, a city in Chengdu plain which is a region with developed agriculture. The results indicate that the shuttle breeding at the three cities is an effective method to develop bread wheat with high yield, extensive adaptation and good resistance to main diseases in this province.
