Evaluation the Reliability Characteristic Values of a Certain Serial CNC Lathes Based on the WQS Platform

首先对数控机床可靠性特征值计算方法进行了总体说明,然后对利用威布尔分布对数控机床可靠性特征值进行计算的流程进行了详细的介绍,在基于WQS可靠性分析平台,以一款数控车床为例进行了可靠性特征值的分析与计算,精确的反映出该款数控车床的可靠度、失效率以及MTBF等各项可靠性特征值。

In this paper, the calculation method of the Reliability characteristic values of the CNC machine tools was general showed, and then a de- tailed introduction to the use of the weibull distri- bution to calculate the reliability characteristic val- ues of CNC machine tools was carried out,and fi- nally with a Certain Serial CNC Lathes as the ex- ample, the analysis and calculation of the reliability characteristic values was taken, based on the the WQS reliability analysis platform, the reliability characteristic values were accurately reflected, for example the reliability, the failure rate and MTBF etc.
