摘要
针对机车在夏季通过长隧道时,冷却系统散热能力降低,易造成机车因冷却水温过高达到设定温度而卸载的问题,在不改变原有冷却系统的基础上,增加喷淋雾化冷却装置.采用CFD软件进行仿真计算,模拟喷淋雾化前后的温度场,并对温度场进行对比.模拟结果表明,增加喷淋雾化装置后冷却系统散热能力得到提高.
When locomotive runs through tunnels in summer,the cooling system's capacity is reduced,and leads to the temperature rise of cooling water.If the temperature reaches to the settled one,the locomotive will stop working.A spray cooling equipment was designed to solve the problem.Some numerical simulation was carried out and the temperature distribution was obtained.The results illustrate the improvement on the cooling system's capacity.
