梨树感染茎痘病毒后对内源激素及其生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 对感染茎痘病毒 (SPV)的 1年生梨幼苗的内源激素 (包括GA3、IAA、ZT和KT)进行了分析测定 ,同时还测定了 1年生幼苗和 2年生幼树的田间生长量。结果表明 ,无论是苗木还是幼树 ,感染SPV后其生长速度显著低于脱毒苗。其中幼苗干径和苗高分别减少 11%和 13% ;2年生幼树干径、茎高和枝梢总长分别减少 6 0 %、2 3%和 44 %。梨树生长减缓与几种促进生长的内源激素大幅下降有关 ,GA3、IAA、ZT和KT分别降低 2 4 6 %、5 4 0 %、96 8%和85 2 % Two growing speeds and four endogenous hormones of pear seedlings, infected by stem pitting virus and ones free of virus, have been detected in this paper. The results show that growth of inoculated trees with SPV decreased significantly, compared with those free of virus. Among them, diameter and height of one year pear seedlings infected with SPV decreased by 11 and 13 percent respectively; trunk diameter, stem height and total shooting length of two year pear trees infected with SPV decreased by 60, 23 and 44 percent respectively. Four endogenous hormone contents of the infected plants, including GA3, IAA, ZT and KT, were all obviously lower than those in the healthy ones. Among them, GA3, IAA, ZT and KT reduced by 24 6, 54 0, 96 8 and 85 2 percent respectively. All these results also suggested that the poor growth might be closely related to the sharp decrease of endogenous hormones after being infected by stem pitting virus.
