摘要 以山东省近年推广种植的24个小麦品种为材料,对籽粒蛋白质和淀粉两种物质及其组分进行了系统测试,并进行了聚类分析。指出这两种物质及其组分对营养品质和加工品质的影响,提出了今后的育种目标,为山东省有计划地进行品质改良提供了参考和依据。 The quality characteristics of twenty-four wheat varieties popularized in Shandong province were studied Grain protein and its compositions of every variety were delt with cluster analysis and systematic test,so did starch and its compositions The future breeding aim of wheat varieties was suggerted according to the effects of different grain protein and starch on processing and nutrition characteristics The results also provided evidence for the future improvement of wheat quality characteristies in Shandong province
