摘要
以山东省近年推广种植的24个小麦品种为材料,对籽粒蛋白质和淀粉两种物质及其组分进行了系统测试,并进行了聚类分析。指出这两种物质及其组分对营养品质和加工品质的影响,提出了今后的育种目标,为山东省有计划地进行品质改良提供了参考和依据。
