摘要
针对高耗能企业,建立了以多级模糊综合评价方法为核心的能效评估体系,包括两级指标集、主客观综合权重赋权法和多级模糊综合能效评价模型。通过实例分析,该评估方法有效地克服了单一评估方法的行业局限性和传统模糊综合评估的主观随机性,且评估结果保留了原始评价指标的大量信息,可量化节能潜力空间,有较强的工程实用价值。
For high energy - consuming enterprises, an energy efficiency evaluation system was estab- hshed concentrated on multi - level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, including energy efficien- cy index, subjective and objective weight assignment and multi - level comprehensive energy efficiency model. The case study shows that, the method can overcome the industry hmitations of single method and subjective randomness of traditional fuzzy comprehensive assessment of. It can also quantify, the energy saving potential, and thus is applicable for real case.
