摘要
针对唐钢炼铁厂265m2烧结机的实际情况,经过现场测试和试验,对烧结机煤气系统进行优化设计和节能改造,实现了烧结机点火温度自动控制,改善了点火效果,降低了点火热耗。
According to the actual situation of 265m2 sintering machine in the iron smelting factory of Tangsteel and Iron Company, through test and experiment, optimized the design of 265m2 sintoring ma- chine gas system and transformed the energy - saving system. The sintering machine realized automatic control of the ignition temperature. The ignition effect was improved and reduced the ignition heat con- sumption.
