摘要
以9-蒽甲酸为原料,经氯代和取代反应合成了三个新型的含蒽环的香豆素类衍生物:4-氯甲基-7-(9'-蒽甲酰氧基)香豆素(1,收率77%),N-[4-甲基-7-(9'-蒽甲酰氧基)香豆素]吡啶氯化物(2,收率43%)和1-甲基-3-[4'-甲基-7'-(9″-蒽甲酰氧基)香豆素]咪唑氯化物(3,收率85%),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和IR表征.UV-Vis和荧光光谱(FL)研究结果表明:1的λmax位于315 nm,347 nm,366 nm和385 nm;2和3的λmax位于317 nm,347 nm,366 nm和385 nm.在366 nm激发波长激发下,1~3的最大发射波长在485 nm左右.
Three novel coumarin derivatives containing anthracene ring( 1 ~ 3) with yield of 43% ~ 77%, were synthesized from 9-anthracenecarboxyli acid by chlorination and substitution. The struc- tures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR. The spectra properties of 1 ~ 3 were investi- gated by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopies. The results showed that Am~ of 1 were 315 nm, 347 nm, 366 nm, 385 nm, A~= of 2 and3 were 317 nm, 347 nm, 366 nm, 385 nm. The maximum emission peak of 1 ~ 3 were about 485 nm under 366 nm excitation.
