摘要
以8-羟基喹啉为原料,经氧化、乙酰化、水解及傅克酰基化反应合成了5-(2-溴丁酰基)-8-羟基喹诺酮,总收率49%,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和IR确证。
5-(2-Bromobutylaeyl)-8-hydroxy quinolone in total yield of 49% was synthesized by a four-step reaction of oxidation, aeetylation, hydrolysis and Friedel-Crafts aeylation from 8-hydroxy quinolone. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR.
