摘要
L-抗坏血酸分别与苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸、没食子酸和对叔丁基苯甲酸经酯化反应合成了四种抗坏血酸衍生物——L-抗坏血酸苯甲酸甲酯(3a),L-抗坏血酸对羟基苯甲酸酯(3b),L-抗坏血酸没食子酸酯(3c)和L-抗坏血酸对叔丁基苯甲酸酯(3d),其结构经1H NMR和MS确证。从清除羟自由基的角度测试了3a^3d的抗氧化活性,结果表明:3a^3d均即具有一定抗氧化性能,其抗氧化活性顺序为:3c>Vc>TBHQ>3b>3a>3d。
Four ascorbic acid derivatives, L-ascorbic acid ester(3a), L-ascorbic acid hydroxyl ben- zoic acid ester(3b), L-ascorbic acid gallate (3c) and L-ascorbic acid tert-butyl benzoate (3d) were synthesized by esterification reaction of L-ascorbic acid with benzoic acid, 4-hydroxyl benzoic acid, gallic acid and 4-tert-butyl benzoic acid, respectively. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. Antioxidant activities of3a ~ 3d were tested. The results showed that 3a ~ 3d exhibited some an- tioxidant activities and order of antioxidant activities were3c 〉 Vc 〉 TBHQ 〉 3b 〉 3a 〉 3d.
