摘要
客户经理制是商业银行服务理念和业务经营管理机制的创新,是稳定和扩大优质客户群体的有效手段。本文旨在阐述客户经理制实施的现状和存在的问题入手,客观、深入地分析产生问题的原因,并针对性地提出了彻底转变观念,充分认识实施客户经理制的必要性等完善之策。
Account Manager system is the concept of commercial banking services and business management mechanism innovation, quality is stable and expanding customer base and effective means. This paper describes the status of customer manager system implementation and the problems start, objective and in-depth analysis of the causes of problems, and put forward a radical change ideas, to fully understand the necessity of implementing client manager system, such as improving the policy.
